We're looking for a talented Web Designer / CRO Specialist who understands that great design is about influencing behavior, not just creating something that looks beautiful. We want someone who knows how people make buying decisions and can design websites that build trust, reduce friction, create emotional connections, and guide visitors toward taking action. You should understand the psychology behind conversion, including visual hierarchy, attention, credibility, social proof, urgency, messaging, and user behavior. Every design decision should have a purpose, whether it's increasing engagement, improving clarity, or generating more qualified leads.
